National Appointments Bulletin released on 6 July 2018

It is my privilege to announce that International Headquarters has confirmed that the Salvation Army in Australia is to be identified as the Australia Territory effective 1 December 2018, and that The General will be present in Australia for the official recognition of the new territory at the “Still Others” Gathering.

The following appointments decided by The General have also been announced, effective 1 December 2018.

Commissioners Floyd and Tracey Tidd serving respectively as National Commander and National President of Women’s Ministries in Australia, are appointed to continue in leadership there, as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Ministries, Australia Territory.

Colonels Mark and Julie Campbell, currently serving respectively as National Chief Secretary and National Secretary for Women’s Ministries in Australia, are appointed as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, Australia Territory.

Colonel Julie Campbell will also serve as Territorial Advocate for Gender Equity.

May God continue to pour his blessing upon The Salvation Army across this great southland of the Holy Spirit that he may bring blessing to the peoples of Australia.
