Gale's Freedom story

22 July 2014

Gale was controlled by her alcohol addiction for over 20 years. Over a 10 year period, she tried 22 formal rehabilitations. Through The Salvation Army's Recovery Services, Gale's 23rd attempt was successful and she was able to beat her addiction. Today, she describes her life as unrecognisable compared to the one she was living in addiction.

July 31 is a National Day of Prayer for Salvation Army Recovery Services. To find out how to get involved click here.
