Money for jam

John and Marika Vella, two farmers from Peats Ridge in New South Wales, were facing the prospect of losing their entire strawberry crop due to winter damage. Thanks to a partnership with The Salvation Army Ivanhoe Estate, Harvest Hub and Macquarie University, they have been able to turn the damaged crop into delicious strawberry jam.
