Pulse Survey 2018 – Coming Soon

In 2017, two Pulse Surveys were conducted. Sent to every Salvation Army officer, employee and volunteer in Australia, the surveys were designed to ‘check the Pulse’ of you, our people; listening to and learning from how you are feeling and what you think about the National Transformation journey. We’d like to thank everyone who participated in these surveys. Your responses provided us with invaluable feedback – helping us support and inform you better.

With another Pulse Survey scheduled for this month, we would like to share with you some highlights from the last survey. The Pulse Survey 2 infographic features some encouraging statistics, including:

  • 93% said they feel personally driven to help the organisation succeed and will go above and beyond to ensure it does
  • 89% agree or strongly agree that they understand the purpose of the national transformation

Stay tuned for more information about the next Pulse survey!
