Outlook is coming

In the coming months, everyone across the Australia Territory will migrate from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook for their email, calendar, contacts and tasks. This will help us to better collaborate as a single national organisation with more modern tools.

Migration schedule and support available

People will be migrated to Outlook in stages and by divisions or departments, between July and October 2019.

More information will be coming - Prior to migration, individuals will receive an email from the O365 Project team, notifying them of their migration date, steps they need to take and support available.

New national email addresses

The move to Outlook will also give everyone a consistent and national email address - firstname.lastname@salvationarmy.org.au

NB: Any emails sent to an old email address (@aus.salvationarmy.org, @aue.salvationarmy.org, @aep.salvationarmy.org) will automatically be redirected to the new email address.
