"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me."
Matthew 25:35-36
This year the theme for Homelessness Week is Everybody Needs a Home. At The Salvation Army, we believe that having safe, secure and affordable housing is a human right.
In recognising Homelessness Week 2020, we want to show our solidarity with those who find themselves without a safe place to live and sleep. The goal of recognising this week is to work towards eliminating homelessness. For more information or help please click here.
