This Mother's Day we learn about Young Hope, The Salvation Army's new out of home care program in the Sydney and Hunter regions.

Young Hope is looking for foster carers throughout the Hunter, Central Coast and Sydney region. There is a particular need for carers to foster adolescents in these areas. Find out more about Young Hope or become a carer.
