Red Shield Appeal – Vicki’s story

The Salvation Army's Dooralong Transformation Centre is our newest drug and alcohol recovery centre. With recreational activities like horse riding and canoeing, the state-of-the-art facility provides the opportunity for participants to move back into the community transformed and renewed. Vicki is almost halfway through the progam and she's loving life and loving being part of the program.

The Dooralong Transformation Centre is just one of the many centres that rely on the Red Shield Appeal each year. The Red Shield Appeal Doorknock will be held over the weekend of the 25-26 May. To register as a volunteer log onto salvos.org.au/doorknock or call 13SALVOS.
