PNG youth find hope and a future

The Hope and a Future campaign saw HMS and Aged Care Plus sponsor eight young PNG nationals to grow their education, confidence and fitness. From Sept 8-12 The Salvation Army Aged Care Plus team will hit the road once again for the Aged Care Plus Walkathon.
