The idea of 'go for souls and go for the worst', pulsates in the blood of Salvationists. However, with the progress of social work and the need for proper Governance and professionalism, it is sometimes hard to feel like we are still able to fulfill this call. In this conversation, Commissioner Miriam Gluyas and Major Bryce Davies thrash out both the challenges and opportunities of this situation.
