Welcome to VolHQ!

VolHQ is The Salvation Army's dedicated website for all our volunteers. Here you will find essential information, training access, benefits and support available to you whilst volunteering with us. We are so grateful for all you do to transform Australia, one life at a time, with the love of Jesus.

WHAT'S NEW?

🤧 Free Flu Vaccinations! As part of our ongoing commitment to health and wellbeing, The Salvation Army offers free influenza (flu) vaccination vouchers to all our volunteers to support you during flu season.

Flu vaccination is a simple preventative step that helps reduce the spread of illness, protects those most vulnerable and supports healthier workplaces and communities, particularly during the cooler months.

What you will need to access your voucher:

  • Visit https://app.ausvacs.com.au/salvation-army/2026/flu
  • Search for a participating pharmacy local to you
  • Enter your details, including TSA Worker ID (you can obtain your Worker ID from your line manager)
  • Book a time and date convenient to you at your selected pharmacy

Important notes:

  • Volunteers in Queensland and Western Australia may be eligible for free state‑based flu vaccinations during designated periods and may not need to use a TSA voucher.
  • Adults aged 65 years and over are recommended to receive the adjuvanted influenza vaccine, available free under the National Immunisation Program.

👚 Volunteers can now directly order branded Salvation Army merchandise from our supplier! Fill out this form to create your account and start ordering branded clothing and accessories.
