This database is a collection of offerings from Salvation Army writers across the USA. Each piece was written with the intention of glorifying God, sharing his Gospel, and edifying the Church, and are thus made available to you to do the same in your community.
The Database includes a range of pieces from monologues to ensembles, theme based pieces and training for upcoming writers! And all of it free for you to use! (Don't forget to credit the authors where you can).
The Skit Guys are Tommy Woodard and Eddie James, who love Jesus and love to perform. They fell in love with acting through their involvement in the school's theater productions, and discovered they had a knack for making people laugh. Since their high-school days, they've been writing and performing hilarious and poignant skits live and on camera.
On their website you can find hundreds of scripts, video skits and sermon illustrations (as well as other worship resources). They have a range of free and paid resources.
These scripts are produced by our friends in The Salvation Army in the Canada and Bermuda Territory. It includes both links to scripts and video performances of each script which you can use for free!
Video presentations can add variety to any worship service or event. Each monologue is 2-4 minutes in length. To support each theme, we have provided a list of suggested scripture readings, choruses, and songs. Using this kind of mixed media can offer visual support to a sermon or biblical teaching. The scripts are available for live performance.

An ACT of Worship is produced by The Salvation Army in the UK. It is a series of resources containing scripts that can be used within corps to enhance worship through drama. The scripts cover various themes and are accessible to all, regardless of age, ability and size of group; there should be something for everyone.
