The Positive Lifestyle Program (PLP) is an eight-session course used by hundred of facilitators across Australia.  There are a variety of different PLP suites: from Individual PLP, to PLP4YOU, to PLP for Schools including an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander session material and simplified Chinese version of PLP. 

PLP is one of those programs that works towards transforming one life at a time.  The PLP methodology  takes people through a process of raising self-awareness to help participants become a better version of themselves.  The program can build self-awareness, improve self-esteem; help with anger issues, assist in surviving broken relationship; help with finding or keeping work give strategies to manage stress; depression and loneliness; deal with various personal issues and reconnect with community.

With flexible delivery, this program is non-invasive, non-judgemental way to encourage participants to consider the following eight aspects of their lives 

  • Self-awareness 
  • Anger 
  • Depression & Loneliness 
  • Stress 
  • Grief & loss 
  • Assertiveness 
  • Self-esteem 
  • Future direction
