Service And Mission Information System

SAMIS is an on-line, client case management and statistical system. The system has been developed in-house and is an initiative of The Salvation Army. It is used to collect and record all necessary information that assists with day to day operations and compliance with funding for almost all services offered by The Salvation Army including Corps, Doorways, Homelessness, Youth Services, Financial Counselling, Alcohol & Other Drug Services and many others.

From the information collected a warehouse of valuable information has developed, enabling accurate and to-the-minute reports on our services.  SAMIS has been operational since 2002 and is used by over 4,500 users across 2000 Salvation Army centres within Australia and New Zealand.
