In any relationship, communication is critical. Good communication needs to be consistent and persistent. We need to share our thoughts, needs, anxieties and desires. We also need to listen to the other person. Prayer is communication between God and people. Prayer is crucial in our relationship with God. He longs to spend time with us and we need to spend time with him. When we have an open dialogue with God we allow him to speak truth, conviction, and instruction into our lives.
