This guide will assist you to give using the BPAY method.
You can now give to your corps conveniently and safely through BPAY! Thank you for choosing to give to God, as an act of worship. This guide will assist you to give using the BPAY method.
Instructions
Step 1: Locate your BPAY details
Biller Code: Note the unique Biller Code for the corps you are giving to. This code ensures your giving is going to the correct corps. Reference Number: Note the Reference Number allocated specifically for your giving. This number helps identify your transaction and is used to record your individual giving.
Step 2: Login to your Online Banking
Access your online banking platform or mobile banking app.
Step 3: Navigate to BPAY
Look for the BPAY section within your online banking platform. This is typically found under options such as "Payments", "Transfers", “Bill Payment” or “Pay a Bill” menus.
Step 4: Enter Payment Details
Choose your preferred Account from which the giving will be made. Enter the Biller Code and Reference Number provided. This is typically found under an add “New Biller” option. Specify the Payment Amount and Payment Date.
Step 5: Choose Once Off or Recurring Payment
If you would like to set up a recurring planned giving, select the option for Recurring. You can choose the frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly) and the end date, if applicable.
Step 6: Confirm Payment
Double-check the entered details, including the Biller Code and Reference Number, before confirming the payment.
Step 7: Complete Transaction
Once confirmed, your giving will be processed, and the funds will be directed to the Corps’ account. For recurring payments, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account before the scheduled date.
