The 2023-2024 Making It Happen Project has officially concluded.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed. Through your support we have exceeded our target of $120,000, raising an incredible $201,519. This project has been a wonderful collaboration of ministry expressions over the past 18 months. We received overwhelming support from corps, divisional events, and individual donations as well as a remarkable contribution of $52,453 from Salvos Stores.

Any outstanding contributions can still be transferred and will be added to this total.

We look forward to hearing about the developments in The Solomon Islands and celebrate with Majors Robert and Vanessa Evans, who are serving there.

This year's Making It Happen Project aims to raise $120,000 to build and furnish a home for corps officers. The house would be a missional hub for Salvos and a space for service to the wider community.

How to get involved:

  • Making It Happen Sunday

  • Hold a corps fundraiser

Corps are encouraged to hold a special Making It Happen Sunday in the next 12 months. This will be an opportunity to raise awareness about, pray for and hold an offering for this year's project.
