Volunteers should sign in on this sheet, before undertaking any volunteering activities at the Red Shield Appeal. Volunteers also need to sign out, at the conclusion of their volunteering activity. Completed forms should be scanned, and uploaded to the Run Sheet on the Web App (volunteer.salvos.org.au). Please note – you do NOT need to use this form if the volunteer/s is registered on the Web App.
