Junior Soldiers can be used as a small group discipleship material for children, or as curriculum for your Kids Church or Sunday School.

• Lesson 1 - Let us be… 
  For children to explore and understand the way that Jesus wants us to live and to consider the difference between what the world values and what God values.
• Lesson 2 - Honouring mums
  For children to explore how they might honour mums or other significant women who are a positive influence in their lives.
• Lesson 3 - God loves us – just because
  For the children to explore and understand that God’s grace is given to them regardless of what they do or who they are, and that – when they accept God’s free gift – others will be able to see that they belong to God.
• Lesson 4 - Power to serve! (Pentecost)
  To help the children to explore and understand the events of Pentecost and that the Holy Spirit is God with us. With the Holy Spirit’s power, we are able to help and care for others.
• Lesson 5 - Actions speak louder than words
  For the children to understand that what they do is sometimes more important than what they say – especially if the two don’t match up; and to learn that what they do can be seen by others. Are they doing what God wants them to be doing?
• Lesson 6 - How much is enough?
  For children to explore and understand that they don’t always need to have more, and that they can be content with what they have.
• Lesson 7 - I can trust God no matter what
  For children to explore and understand that through the happy and the challenging days, they have a God they can trust.
• Lesson 8 - One body – many parts
  For children to explore and understand God loves each of us and we are all important and valued.
• Lesson 9 - Founders’ Day (2nd July)
  For the children to explore how God called Catherine and William Booth to start The Salvation Army and to understand that God uses all sorts of people to be his leaders.
• Lesson 10 - The Salvation Army – symbols
  For children to explore and understand the reasons behind why we do some distinctive things in The Salvation Army.
