'Emerging Leaders Training' is a program dedicated to equipping and developing emerging Salvo leaders from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in greater discipleship and leadership opportunities within corps settings and frontline ministry.

Commencing in March 2026, this nine-month training program is designed to offer a flexible learning experience through online modules, monthly tutorials, practical ministry placement, mentoring and an in-person weekend retreat. This program strives to ensure leaders walk away with a rich and applicable understanding of intercultural communication and leadership, discipleship, Christian living as a leader, hearing the voice of God and much more.

We are currently accepting applications for the
2026 CaLD Emerging Leaders Training! 

All who are interested are encouraged to begin their application now.

Applications close on 6 February, 2026.
