The Equip Leadership Academy is a new and ever-growing library of video content that explores the why's and how's of all aspects of youth and young adult ministry and leadership. 

It is a training and development platform to grow healthy and competent leaders, thriving teams and vibrant youth ministries. Videos on the Equip Leadership Academy are delivered in various engaging styles and with content from subject matter experts. 

Videos are designed and used for personal development, group training, or searching for quick answers and advice. New videos are added to the Academy fortnightly, including access to questions and resources to help you go deeper and the opportunity to connect and share with a community of peers. 

We believe this is a fantastic one-stop-shop for anyone engaged in youth and young adult ministry and leadership development, whether an employee, volunteer or officer and delivers relevant content for all levels of experience.
