Volunteers should complete and sign this Event Volunteer Agreement, before undertaking any volunteering activities at the Red Shield Appeal. Completed forms should be scanned, and uploaded to the Run Sheet on the Web App (volunteer.salvos.org.au). Please note – you do NOT need to use this form if the volunteer/s is registered on the Web App.
