Hamilton Salvos food program
In the Victorian town of Hamilton, The Salvation Army’s food program is doing far more than filling empty cupboards, it’s restoring dignity, strengthening community, and saving lives. Through rescued food, dedicated volunteers and collaboration with Western District Food Share, the Hamilton Salvos food program supports around 190 people each week — reducing food insecurity and restoring dignity in a rural town doing it tough.
