The Riverside Gym in Gawler (SA) is a safe place for men to engage in fitness while having discussions about mental health and the deeper things of life.

Major Darren Dwyer (Corps Officer, Riverside Gawler), says that the Riverside Gym was created to offer men the opportunity to do "something spiritual... but also an activity... as men like to do things". Through workouts and Bible studies, the men have connected, allowing them to share struggles and support each other.
