Tammy and her three-year-old son became homeless after a domestic disturbance. They lost everything and went “from a normal happy life to nothing”, says Tammy. A call from Renae Hemley (Homelessness Case Manager) at Horsham Salvos (Vic.) changed everything. Tammy was offered a unit with access to social and corps programs and fully embraced the support. Renae says that Tammy “has a lot to be proud of and loves that she has come so far”.
